Oooops!

Ok so it has been close to a month since I have blogged. We have been busy, very very busy.

Disney was amazing! Henry had the best time and I think the age we took him was perfect. He loved everything and for the most part had only a couple meltdowns. His favorite ride was getting "soakdid" in Animal Kingdom. Meeting Mickey and Minnie was probably the highlight of his trip. He beamed from ear to ear.

Going to Disney pregnant was not as bad as I thought it might have been. Yes, you are walking for close to 15 hours a day but all the glorious food you can eat because you are walking for 15 hours a day is a real treat! Of course I was exhausted but seeing Henry's face every morning made it so much better.

After we got back from Disney, I was headed down to Columbia for the weekend. I went to visit my friends and celebrate with Robyn at her baby shower. I also was able to see the Gamecocks play and I got to just hang out with my nearest and dearest. I miss those girls so much and I was so happy that I was able to see them.

Got home late Sunday night to a house that was spotless because well, I have the best husband ever. He steam cleaned all the carpets and cleaned the whole house for Thanksgiving. My parents arrived on Tuesday and my brother and his family came on Wednesday.

All of them in our house was so much fun! Thanksgiving morning we had breakfast and watched the Macy's Day Parade. I never miss that parade and I love watching all the balloons. Henry loved the balloons too and he was especially excited when Santa showed up at the end. His face just lit up.

After an afternoon of snacking and then dinner around 3pm we started to get our game plan ready for Black Friday shopping. We ended up getting to TRU at 8:45pm and I think we were 375th in line. This year we started a new tradition and we all wore matching shirts for shopping. It was a joke but it was fun!

TRU was a success and then we headed over to WalMart. OMG the people - we actually never even got out of the car because the lines were so long and the parking lots were so packed. We ended up going back home and waking up at 5:45am to head out again. We hit up Target and WalMart and we were able to score a few more items.

The weather was so gorgeous that when we got home from our early shopping we were able to decorate the outside of the house. I joked all day calling Charlie, Griswald, because Charlie must have four or five light up lawn ornaments and then a blow up Santa. The house looks great and I really need to take some pictures to show you.

Sunday we said our good byes to my brother and his family. It was so great to have them stay with us and I miss all the noise in the house already. They will be back at the end of December to celebrate Henry's birthday so it won't be too long!

That pretty much sums up the past three weeks for the Nardiellos. It has been crazy, exhausting and just downright fun. We are gearing up for the next couple of weeks and I can't wait!
