Bam - I got hit!

Hit with the Holiday Spirit!

This morning there was something in the air and I could feel it. Could it have been that I put Frosty and Twas the Night Before Christmas on in the car for Henry? Maybe it was the fact that when I pulled out of daycare there were Christmas songs on the local radio station? I don't know what it is but I am a buzzing today with good cheer. My office should be lucky ;)

I have been racking my brain for weeks on what to get Henry for Christmas. I know that we are getting him a train table for his Birthday but for Christmas I am drawing a blank. I thought maybe we would get him some kind of art easel. I like this one by Step 2 but I think Charlie wants a wood one.

The only other gift I have for him is the Little People Airport from Target. What do you get a 2 year old for Christmas?

I should say I have given some ideas out to family and created a wish list for them to use. I have the Little Tykes Grill and the Little People Stand and Play Rampway. I also put puzzles on there. He will be getting a tractor to pedal too!

Maybe I will wander around Toys R Us tonight and see what I can find. The Nardiello Family: Bam - I got hit!

My son is 2 next week (and my almost 4 year old was 2 once...hehe) and here are some of the things we have on his list:

Strider Bike
Helmet
Piggy Bank (because older bro has one)
Videos
Food for their play kitchen (if you don't have a play kitchen you should get one!)
Baby doll (yes, he wants a baby doll)
Pretend vacuum that makes noise (he LOVES this)
Books
Age appropriate legos
Train Set (if you don't have one, you should get one)
Art Supplies to fill our art box

Hope something on here helps :)

I can't wait to start decorating...I have to wait until the day after Thanksgiving :)

I'm not worrying about geeting too many presents yet. My son's 18 months and I'm just gonna wrap up toys that I've won from giveaways :) I think when he's 4-5 and knows what he wants himself, then I'll start getting him actual gifts. For know it's gonna have to be clothes and other useful things :)

Alex's favorite toy last year was his Handy Manny tool set. He's been "fixing" things around the house for the past year.
