Yesterday we had a doctor's appointment and a surprise ultrasound. I have made no progress - I guess little Henry is still pretty content in there.
I had mentioned to the doctor that he wasn't really moving too much that morning so she hooked me up to a Non Stress Test machine. Henry's hearbeat was all over the place so we were sent for an ultrasound to check his fluids and to make sure the cord was not around his neck.
As we were leaving the doctor said to me "If he doesn't check out okay, we will deliver today...." I think my heart dropped - I know we are ready with everything but it was just a shock.
About an hour later we got to see the little guy and everything checked out just fine! He has the chubbiest little cheeks and is weighing in around 7 lbs 8oz. He is really crammed in there and apparently he has some long legs! We were so relieved to have seen him and see that everything was okay.
Now we wait...........................
